There is a weekly backup of the /home area to provide some security in the event of accidental deletion of files. This is performed on Sunday at 4am.
Note that the backup is performed once a week so it is possible that recently created files are unrecoverable.
The backup is located on the storage machine:
ssh storage
cd /share/storage/backup/home
Note that because you own the files in the backup area it is possible that you may accidently delete your own backed up files.
